Apparently, this is…

The Worst Refer-A-Friend Campaign Ever!

We asked these Kiwi comedians to back our new campaign. Nobody wanted to be involved. So we asked your friend to spread the word by sharing that video you just watched. Your very cool friend is part of One Percent Collective and it looks like they came through. High fives to them and hello to you. Welcome to the worst refer-a-friend campaign ever!

As a giver we’ll never hassle you for more money, call you or send you envelopes in the mail.

How it Works

Choose your charities

We’ve partnered with 14 trusted Kiwi-based charities. Choose one, some, or all. Tell us how much you want to give and how often. Set up once, then we’ll do the rest. Easy!

100% to charity

When you donate to a charity via One Percent Collective, a dollar given is a dollar received. The charity gets 100% of your donations. We don't take a cut.

See your impact

We’ll make sure you know what your dollars are doing. The difference they're making, the lives they're changing, and the stories they're creating. If you like to shout about it, you can share these stories and the impact of your giving with staff, customers and your community.*
I get it, I'm in

So what makes this The Worst Refer-A-Friend Campaign Ever?

You know how these things usually work; you get a friend on board and you both get a reward. Well, not this time.

As a nonprofit we can’t offer a bonus or discount. This is a lose-lose-WIN! You get nothing. Your friend gets nothing. The charities get EVERYTHING! Actually, that's not entirely true.

Giving Feels Good

Humans are wired to help each other and when we do, our brain rewards us with a feel-good hit of hormones that make us feel less stressed, more connected and pretty damn happy with ourselves.

You can feel proud of yourself, too. Giving to causes you believe in is one of those things to tick off your ‘grown-up’ list.

As a One Percent Collective giver, in your own little way, you’re making the world a better place. With that comes a little less guilt and a little more peace of mind.

Along with these wellbeing benefits we let you know the good that your giving is having with regular stories and updates. We don’t just talk about dollars raised. We keep you connected with the positive impact your charities are having on the lives of those they support.

Some people are so stoked to be One Percent Collective givers that they wanna tell their friends about us, too. (See what we did there?)

So was your friend right? Are you ready to join them as a One Percent Collective giver?

Or do you first need to get to know a bit more about us or the charities you can support?
